From 22/6/2026 and on, for tax and invoicing purposes, I may request necessary billing information from the client, such as full name, address, and a tax or identification number if required by law. This information will only be used for accounting and legal obligations and will not be shared with third parties except my accountant.

From 22/6/2026 and on, I will ask clients for their country of residence to determine applicable tax obligations. Clients within the European Union will be required to pay an additional 21% VAT in accordance with local tax regulations, applied to the final price.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience these new terms may cause. I wish I didn’t have to request this information or apply these conditions, but I am required to comply with legal and tax obligations in order to continue doing what I love. VAT also significantly affects my final income after work.

The client agrees to credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork even if rights are transferred.

The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only (such as posting, personal printing, using as an avatar/banner, etc) and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.

This comes with the exception of Live2D works as they come with a Commercial Use License in their listed prices.

In the case that the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (streaming, patreon, advertising, printing, merchandise, etc), this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process, and will include paying for a license.

You can ask me to keep the piece private. For this I charge a fee of 15% of the total price.

The client may not alter, edit, repaint, trace, create bases from, or remove watermarks from the commissioned artwork. Cropping for icons, banners, and similar personal use is allowed.

Under no circumstances is the client permitted to use, upload, distribute, train, reference, tokenize, mint, sell, or otherwise incorporate any commissioned artwork into AI-related technologies, machine learning datasets, NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain services, or any current or future equivalent systems. Any such use is strictly prohibited.

As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork and its process unless discussed otherwise.

Commissions are not first come first serve. I'll work on the batch in the order I see fit.

As the artist, I reserve the right to work on personal projects in-between commissions batches.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason I see fit.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.

All commissions are made through Wise or Paypal invoices and in EUR.

For Standard commissions, all payments must be full and upfront.

For Live2D commissions, payments will be split in two (this may change in the future), one part is paid before the sketch, and the other before coloring. It can even be discussed as a three-part payment.

The client pays the service charges (since it’s an international payment it is calculated by certain %, typically around 5% per platform).

As stated above, clients within the European Union will be required to pay an additional 21% VAT in accordance with local tax regulations, applied to the final price.

Refunds are not available unless something happens on my part.

Please provide as many visual references as possible, the more the references, the better the result. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too.

Unless it is a design commission, I do not work from isolated or non-character references (for example: moodboards without character art, stock image descriptions, or general Pinterest ideas). You may include additional inspiration such as poses, hairstyles, or aesthetic references, but I require clear visual references of your character.

Once I receive your commission form, I will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm whether your commission has been accepted. If accepted, you will be added to my current batch for discussion; if the batch is full, you will be placed on the waitlist.

I'll allow up to three major changes in the sketch phase of any commission type, any more than that will cost extra, so please be concise with your feedback. There's no more chance for big changes later in the process.

Once the commission is completed, only minor adjustments will be accepted (such as color corrections, small details, or text changes). No changes affecting the overall composition will be accepted.

Turnaround time for Standard commissions is from a week to two months after payment and it depends on the complexity of the piece.

Turnaround time for Live2D works is from one to five months after payment.

In both cases, please keep in mind I also deal with RSI (tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome) so if I get a strain I'll be contacting you immediately informing you of a little delay.

If the commission has to be done for a certain day, please do tell me with time and we will discuss it, an extra fee will be charged for queue priority and rushed artworks.

Upon completion, I will deliver two versions of the artwork: a full HD version with a subtle signature for personal use, and a watermarked version with a reduced image size and noise filter intended for social media use.

The artwork, unless specified otherwise, will be digital good and will not be physically sent to the client.
